Known for their Shakespeare Variations, the Brass Tacks switch it up this year and focus on Folktale Variations. Folk and fairy tales are kid stuff— right? Ah, but do you know what really happens in those stories?
Brass Tacks Ensemble takes on well-known and not-so-famous yarns and provides their own original back-stories, post-tales and sidebars. Serious to silly, you’ll listen and laugh when you join them for an evening of freewheeling fun with happy endings.
